Salmon Tartar

• Cooking time 10 minutes
• Servings 3

Ingredients:

1 Lbs skin off fresh Salmon or Steelhead Trout
Sesame Oil
Soy Sauce
Fresh Ginger
Scallion
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame Seed
Lettuce leaf for garnish
Lemon to taste

TartaroSalmon

Directions:

1. Cut the fresh salmon in cubes
2. Add sesame oil, few drops of lemon, salt and paper to taste.
3. Mince fresh ginger and mix with soy sauce.
4. Add sesame seeds and chopped scallions on top.
5. Eat the fresh salmon with Soy sauce.
6. Enjoy!
